The shipment process starts at the moment of your payment. The set will then be packed and send the next working day. From there on we are dependent on the delivery dates of our courier. Track and trace will be provided so you can follow your order.
All our shipment methods offer the possibility to be insured. Please request a quote if you are concerned about insurance.
Please note that the shipments fee that are shown are indicative. Final fees will be mentioned in your quote.
We pack as secure as possible:
- Shipments below 300 gr can be send out by bubble enveloppe and reduce shipping costs. They are however therefore less protected. You can always inquire for this shipping method before ordering. Contact us or request a quote.
- Everything above 300 gr will be send out in a sealed double sided carton box, marked fragile. Lego will always be shipped disassembled and packed in bubble plastic.
We always take photo's how we pack and send our goods.
